目的 :了解乌鲁木齐市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性基数和现状 ,指导科学、合理使用杀虫剂。方法 :微量点滴法。结果 :野外 3个品系德国小蠊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为 3 .65~19.69、1.92~ 7.90、0 .78~ 9.3 3、0 .64~ 1.66;对氯氰菊酯产生了较高的抗性。结论 :乌鲁木齐市德国小蠊对 4种常用杀虫剂已产生了不同程度的抗药性
Objective: To understand the resistance base and current status of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Urumqi, guide science and use pesticides reasonably. Method: micro-drip method. Results: The resistance coefficients of three German cockroachs to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin and dichlorvos were 3.65-19.69, 1.92-7.90 and 0.78-9.3, respectively. 64 ~ 1.66; Cypermethrin produced a higher resistance. Conclusion: Blattella germanica has produced different degrees of resistance to four common insecticides in Urumqi
