作者使用鼻通气测量计测定嗅刺激对呼吸阻力的影响,探讨嗅觉客观检查方法,研究是否可能有嗅神经-肺反射。采用 Tuc-5600M 型鼻描绘计,振动频率3Hz,测定鼻及口呼吸阻力:采用 T 和 T 嗅觉测量法的 C_5 嗅素刺激嗅觉:选无鼻疾且嗅觉正常的成人21名,分为2组:麻醉组14名;用4%利多卡因麻醉嗅区外两侧鼻粘膜:无麻醉组7名。两组各进行8项实验:①戴面罩测定鼻呼吸阻力,令受检者保持鼻呼吸,向面罩内输入 C_5;②戴口罩测定口呼吸阻力,始终堵塞受检者鼻孔,向口罩内输入 C_5;③测定口呼吸阻力,向一侧鼻孔输入 C_(5)。④另选
The authors used the nasal ventilation meter to measure the effects of olfactory stimulation on respiratory resistance, objective methods of olfactory examination to investigate the possibility of olfactory nerve-pulmonary reflex.
