及时支付工程款是建设工程质量、安全、工期的保障措施。工程施工合同实际履行过程中,经常发生因工程款迟延支付导致的纠纷,解决纠纷过程中,对于工程款逾期利息承担的计算方式标准不一。本文拟从计息本金、计息期间、计息利率等方面,对逾期支付致利息承担的计算方式作初步探讨,希望能够对实践操作起厘清意义。 Timely payment of construction funds is the construction of project quality, safety, duration of the safeguard measures. During the process of actual performance of construction contracts, disputes often occur due to delayed payment of construction funds. In the process of settling disputes, standards for calculation of overdue interest on construction projects are different. This paper intends to discuss the calculation method of interest-bearing overdue payment from the aspects of interest-bearing principal, interest-bearing period and interest-bearing interest rate, hoping to clarify the practical operation.
