城市的发展是一个不断变化的的过程,城市规划也随着城市的发展而变化,城市规划要为城市的未来留下足够的发展空间,建立一座拥有蓝天、绿水、美景的生态城市,是现如今城市规划的目标,水环境的管理控制是实现这一伟大目标的基础,本文从城市水环境的特点、城市水环境现存的问题以及问题产生的原因几个方面对城市水环境进行反思。
The development of the city is an ever-changing process. Urban planning also changes with the development of the city. Urban planning should leave enough room for the future of the city and establish an ecological city with blue sky, green water and beautiful scenery. Nowadays, with the goal of urban planning, management and control of water environment is the foundation for realizing this great goal. This paper reflects on urban water environment from the aspects of urban water environment, the existing problems of urban water environment and the causes of problems.
