目的了解石家庄地区食物中铝的含量状况。方法样品均为石家庄地区县(市)所售常见食品,样品处理及测试采用国家标准方法 .结果油炸食品中铝含量的超标率为55%;挂面中铝含量的超标率为36.7%;其他膨化类食品、水产品、猪肉等暂无国家限量标准。结论石家庄地区的油炸食品和挂面铝含量超标严重,膨化食品、海蜇等亟待制定相关铝限量标准。
Objective To understand the content of aluminum in food in Shijiazhuang area. Methods Samples were all common foods sold in Shijiazhuang county (city), and the samples were processed and tested by national standard method.Results The exceeding standard rate of aluminum content in fried foods was 55%, the excessive content rate of aluminum in dried noodles was 36.7% Extruded food, aquatic products, such as pork no national standards. Conclusion The content of fried foods and noodles in Shijiazhuang area exceeded the standard seriously. Expanded food, jellyfish and so on urgently need to formulate the relevant aluminum limit standards.
