根据列车连挂作业车钩冲击力历程,分析国产300km/h电动车组柴田式密接车钩钩体和钩舌相互接触作用过程。在强度计算的多步分析中,根据载荷条件依次建立接触对,保证接触平滑和计算稳定。根据强度计算结果,分析钩体的薄弱部位及应力应变水平,为车钩的抗冲击性能评估提供依据。根据材料的稳态循环应力应变关系和应变寿命曲线,分析车钩在经历一次压缩—冲击载荷循环后各部位的损伤情况,为寿命估计提供计算依据。
According to the impact history of the coupler on the train, the process of contact between the hook body and the knuckle of the clamshell engine of the domestic 300km / h electric train is analyzed. In the multi-step analysis of strength calculation, the contact pairs are sequentially established according to the load conditions to ensure smooth contact and stable calculation. According to the results of strength calculation, the weak part of the hook body and the stress and strain level are analyzed to provide the basis for evaluating the impact resistance of the coupler. According to the steady cyclic stress-strain relationship and strain life curve of the material, the damage of each part of the coupler after a compression-impact load cycle is analyzed, and the calculation basis is provided for the life estimation.
