湖北省襄阳县物资局系统以市场为导向,以销售为重点,灵活经营,拓宽物资市场,发挥了在流通领域中的主渠道作用,为经济建设作出了贡献。(1)抓住大户不放,立足本地保市场。他们把县内18家重点企业作为主要服务对象和销售市场,紧紧抓住不放。去年初,他们与这些企业协商,对部分物资签订了承包供货合同或意向协议,按合同、协议供应。如县燃料公司根据县化肥厂用煤量大的情况,派专人驻厂搞煤炭供应,随要随供,全年按合同供煤2万吨。
