在食管癌病人中术前了解转移性淋巴结,对拟定治疗方案和估计预后是最重要因素之一,淋巴造影对确定淋巴结的转移范围和监测治疗效果颇为有用。由此可改进有效的淋巴结切除。过去虽有不少报道采用甲状腺内或纵隔内注射造影剂以及纵隔镜及气管镜检查等方法,但都不能正确显示纵隔内转移淋巴结。作者设计经光纤支气管镜穿刺进行纵隔淋巴造影术,可以显示上纵隔转移淋巴结。此法简单、安全,报道如下。材料和方法 Preoperative understanding of metastatic lymph nodes in patients with esophageal cancer is one of the most important factors for the development of a treatment plan and the estimation of prognosis. In the past, although there have been many reports of intra-thyroid or intra-mediastinal injections of contrast media, mediastinoscopy, and bronchoscopy, none of them have been able to correctly display mediastinal metastatic lymph nodes.
