我院从1980年开始选择性地开展结肠低张双重造影,有完整资料50例,其中结肠癌3例,淋巴肉瘤1例,结肠多发性息肉1例,结肠血吸虫病恶变1例。慢性溃疡性结肠炎2例,余均属非特异性炎症。方法1.造影前准备:造影前三天无渣饮食,造影前一天晚上口服50%硫酸镁30～50cc,1～2小时后分次饮水约1500～2000cc,造影前2小时等渗盐水清洁灌肠。本组有5例由于未按上述准备而失败,其余病例均达到诊断要求。
Our hospital began to selectively perform double-contrast imaging of the colon from 1980. There are 50 cases of complete data, including 3 cases of colon cancer, 1 case of lymphosarcoma, 1 case of multiple colon polyps, and 1 case of malignant schistosomiasis in the colon. Chronic ulcerative colitis occurred in 2 cases, and the rest were non-specific inflammation. Methods 1. Preparation before contrast: No slag diet three days before the angiography, 50% magnesium sulfate 30 to 50 cc orally on the night before angiography, about 1500 to 2000 cc water after 1 to 2 hours, and 2 hours of isotonic saline cleanse enema before angiography . Five patients in this group failed because of the above preparations, and all other cases met the diagnostic requirements.
