落枕,又称失枕。造成落枕的原因有两种:一是睡眠时枕头过高或过低,使颈部肌肉痉挛疲劳。有时睡得太熟,身子转动的时候脖子并未随之转动,使颈项处于一个不良的位置,造成刺激而引起疼痛。二是夜间睡眠时门窗打开被风吹袭受凉,并产生疼痛。大多数落枕疼痛一般持续2~3天,不作治疗亦可自己康复,但如果希望尽快减轻痛苦,及早恢复,可作以下处理。一、冷敷一般落枕都属于急性损伤,多见局部疼痛、僵硬。此类情况,在48小时内只能用冷敷。可用毛巾包裹细小冰粒敷
