近年来,我国公共政策伦理化取得了良好进展,服务型政府的构建和和谐社会的提出都大大加快了公共政策伦理化的进程。但是,在此过程中也不可避免地出现了伦理道德失范和公共政策的制定、执行和评估缺乏伦理等一系列亟需解决的问题。本文主要从公共政策制定过程中的公众参与渠道匮乏和政策主体追求自身利益、公共政策执行过程和执行方式存在缺陷以及公共政策评估者和政策主体的主观原因等方面阐释了上述问题产生的原因,并提出了加强民主性建设、加大维护公共利益、严肃公共政策的执行方式和执行过程以及建立公共政策的伦理评估体系等解决措施。
