以CTAC包被的金纳米球作为种子,制备了尺寸为40 nm的核壳结构Au-Pd纳米花。通过吸附聚丙烯酸(PAA),得到了电负性的Au-Pd/PAA纳米颗粒。并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨TEM、zeta电位仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对制备的纳米颗粒进行了表征。为了研究核壳结构Au-Pd纳米颗粒的催化能力,制备了Au-Pd/PAA修饰的玻碳电极,并用于多巴胺的电化学检测,多巴胺的线性范围为1.0×10-6~7.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为5.0×10~(-7)mol/L。
The core-shell Au-Pd nanocrystals with a size of 40 nm were prepared using CTAC coated gold nanospheres as seeds. By adsorbing polyacrylic acid (PAA), electropositive Au-Pd / PAA nanoparticles were obtained. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high resolution TEM, zeta potential and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). In order to study the catalytic ability of core-shell Au-Pd nanoparticles, Au-Pd / PAA modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared and used for the electrochemical detection of dopamine. The linear range of dopamine was 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 7.0 × 10- 5mol / L, the detection limit of 5.0 × 10 ~ (-7) mol / L.
