以从2个人工林地选择的蓝桉为原料,评价其是否适用于生产高质量的高得率浆。蓝桉木片先经Na2SO3预处理后再磨浆制取CTMP。CTMP浆料特性与木材的化学和物理性能密切相关。结果表明,木材中的苯-醇抽出物含量与CTMP白度呈线性关系;木材中木素含量与CTMP浆张紧度具有相关性;1%NaOH抽出物含量与浆料得率呈相反趋势。浆料经光热处理后再测定返黄值发现,热诱导返黄对CTMP浆张的影响较小,可满足印刷纸的需要。此外,浆料返黄值与抽出物含量成反比,通过添加抗氧化剂可以减轻浆张的返黄。
Eucalyptus selected from two plantations as raw material to evaluate whether it is suitable for producing high-quality high-yield pulp. Blue eucalyptus wood chips pretreated by Na2SO3 and then refined CTMP. The CTMP paste properties are closely related to the chemical and physical properties of the wood. The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the content of benzene-alcohol extract and the CTMP whiteness in wood. The content of lignin in wood was correlated with the tension of CTMP pulp. The content of 1% NaOH extract showed the opposite trend with the yield of pulp. After the pulp was measured by light heat treatment and then returned to the yellow value found that heat-induced yellowing of CTMP pulp smaller, to meet the needs of printing paper. In addition, the yellowing value of the pulp is inversely proportional to the content of the extract, the anti-yellowing of the pulp can be lightened by adding antioxidants.
