１．台湾“９·２１”大地震的起因与预报 １９９９年９月２１日凌晨１点４７分，台湾发生百年来陆地最大规模的地震。据台湾省“中央气象局”测定为芮（里）氏地震规模７．３级。震央（中）在南投县集集，台湾各地以及福建沿海各县都能感受到４～６级的震度。造成２０００多人
1. Cause and Forecast of the “9.11” Earthquake in Taiwan At 1:47 on September 21, 1999, the largest earth-quake in Taiwan took place in a century. According to Taiwan’s “Central Meteorological Bureau” measured Rui (earthquake) magnitude 7.3 earthquake. Epicenter (center) in Nantou County Jiji, all over Taiwan and Fujian coastal counties can feel the magnitude of 4 to 6 degrees. Caused more than 2000 people
