哈尔滨理工大学电工电子教学中心以示范性实验教学中心要求为基点,不断地完善和改进教学手段和教学模式,积极开展实验教学改革。中心以“三级能力”培养为目标,建立了一个多元化、层次化的实验教学体系。中心建设以硬件投资为基础,加强管理为保障,积极探索,科学发展,注重实效,坚持以开放式教学为实践教学主线的教学模式,收到良好的教学效果。
