长沙车辆段购进的1996年生产的双层硬卧客车,在使用中发现给水系统设计不合理,一端上水,另一端上不了水,见原设计图2,严重影响旅途生活、工作用水和服务质量。为此,从现有实际结构出发,充分考虑实用性改造的可行性,对原设计进行了改进,改进后见图1。1 将原水箱二位端的溢水管改为进水管,并在进水口套上丝扣,安装上水嘴,使给水站的水通过软管与进水口相连,水流从原溢水口注入水箱。2 在原注水口的分流节点处,将注水管拆掉。3 将原注水口引管与水箱用水管处接通。经过此番改造,注水流径变更。即:地面水站水
