目的 :研究清香散对大鼠一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化的影响。方法 :建立温病湿热证动物模型 ,观察大鼠血清 NO变化水平 ,并对正常对照组、湿热模型组、清香散预防组、清香散治疗组 NO含量进行比较。结果 :湿热模型组与清香散预防组显著低于正常对照组 ,而清香散治疗组与正常对照组比较差异无显著性意义 ;清香散预防组与湿热模型组比较差异无显著性意义 ,而清香散治疗组显著高于湿热模型组 ;清香散治疗组显著高于清香散预防组。结论 :湿热证模型大鼠 NO含量明显降低 ,清香散能显著提高大鼠血清 NO含量。
Objective : To study the effect of Qing Xiang San on the changes of nitric oxide (NO) content in rats. Methods :An animal model of dampness and heat syndrome of febrile disease was established. The level of NO in serum of rats was observed. The levels of NO in normal control group, damp heat model group, Qingxiang powder prevention group and Qingxiang powder treatment group were compared. Results: The Damp-heat model group and the Qingxiang powder prevention group were significantly lower than the normal control group, but there was no significant difference between the Qingxiang powder treatment group and the normal control group. There was no significant difference between the Qingxiang powder prevention group and the damp heat model group, but the fragrance The scattered treatment group was significantly higher than the damp heat model group; Qingxiang powder treatment group was significantly higher than the Qingxiang powder prevention group. Conclusion : The NO content in dampness-heat syndrome rats was significantly decreased. Qingxiang Powder can significantly increase the serum NO level in rats.
