以石匣小流域为研究对象,提出了适用的、可操作的、简化的小流域综合治理可持续发展指标体系。该指标体系由目标层、类目指标层、项目指标层和指标变量层构成。目标层为小流域综合治理可持续发展度,类目指标层为社会发展能力、经济发展能力和资源环境承载能力。项目指标层为物质需求度、核心发展度、经济富强度、资源丰富度和环境容忍度,指标变量层由18个具体的指标构成。按照从指标变量层、项目指标层、类目指标层到目标层的次序,逐层计算各项指标值,最终得出小流域综合治理可持续发展度的指标值。对不同年度石匣小流域可持续发展进行了科学的评价与分析。
Taking Shixia small watershed as the research object, this paper puts forward an applicable, operable and simplified index system of sustainable development of small watershed comprehensive management. The indicator system consists of target level, category indicator level, project indicator level and indicator variable level. The target level is the degree of sustainable development of comprehensive management of small watershed. The indicator level of the category is social development capacity, economic development capacity and resources and environment carrying capacity. The indicator level of the project is material demand degree, core development degree, richness of economy, resource richness and environmental tolerance. The indicator variable level consists of 18 specific indicators. According to the index variable level, the project index level, the category index level to the goal level order, calculates each index value layer by level, finally obtains the index value of small basin comprehensive management sustainable development degree. The scientific evaluation and analysis of the sustainable development of Shixia small watershed in different years were carried out.
