目的:分析牙槽嵴裂植骨术对上颌骨发育的影响价值。方法:选取2013年3月至2015年3月本院口腔科收治的40例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均处于8-11岁年龄段,其中包括接受牙槽嵴裂植骨术的单侧完全性唇、腭裂伴有单侧牙槽嵴裂患者18例、已完成唇腭裂修复术但不愿意实施植骨术的患者12例、非唇腭裂患者10例,将其分为甲组、乙组、丙组三组,对三组患者头颅侧位片及模型进行测量,并进行对比分析。结果:甲组患者上颌骨横向增长速度明显高于乙组患者(P<0.05),但与丙组患者对比无差异(P>0.05);乙组患者在前后长度的增长速度明显低于丙组患者(P<0.05)。结论:牙槽嵴裂植骨术对完全性唇腭裂伴牙槽嵴裂患者的上颌骨横向增长速度没有影响,由此可见,该手术类型对患者的上颌骨发育没有抑制,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of alveolar cleft grafting on maxillary development. Methods: From March 2013 to March 2015, 40 patients admitted to Department of Stomatology in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients were in the age range of 8-11 years, including single-sided complete alveolar bone grafting There were 18 patients with cleft lip and cleft palate accompanied by unilateral cleft lip, 12 patients who had completed cleft lip and palate repair but were not willing to implement bone grafting, and 10 patients without cleft lip and palate. They were divided into group A and group B , Group C three groups, three groups of patients with cephalometric slices and models were measured, and comparative analysis. Results: The lateral growth rate of maxilla in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group C (P> 0.05). The length of group A was significantly lower than group C Patients (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Alveolar ridge fissure grafting has no effect on the maxillary transverse growth rate in patients with complete cleft lip and palate with alveolar cleft. Therefore, this type of surgery does not inhibit the maxillary development of the patient and is worthy of clinical application.
