随着人们对地下空间需求的不断增长,地下工程在整个建设项目中所占的比重还会越来越大。由于地下工程材料消耗大、建造周期长、施工难度大,结构设计的好坏将会对整个项目的设计周期、施工工期以及建造费用产生巨大的影响。另外,地下室结构的设计也比较复杂,其中所涉及的技术问题繁多,主要有:地基承载力及变形问题、不均匀沉降问题、结构超长问题、基础形式的选取和计算方法问题、人防设计等等。技术问题与经济因素息息相关,先进适用的技术能使建设项目取得良好的经济效益,而经济因素在一定程度上也会制约一些先进技术的使用。因此,如何协调好技术与经济在建设工程中的相互关系问题,是每个设计人员应该认真考虑的。本文将以一些大型高层建筑项目为例,以地下室结构设计中的技术问题为主线,辅以一定的经济分析比较,简要分析地下室结构设计中的技术经济问题及其相互关系。
