目前在煤粉炉中有效地燃烧各种燃料(固体燃料和重油)具有很现实的意义。同时这还能提高锅炉的机动性。对锅炉不作重大的改装而能保证有效地组织各种燃料的燃烧工况应认为是最佳的方案。当液态排渣煤粉炉长期改烧重油时焊销钉水冷壁上的渣层和炉衬层会遭到破坏,从而引起辐射受热面的吸热量急剧增加,以致达到危险的程度。因此长期改烧重油要求对炉子进行改装,以缩小煤粉炉的辐射受热面。
It is of practical significance to effectively burn various fuels (solid fuels and heavy oils) in pulverized coal furnaces. It also improves boiler mobility. It is considered to be the best solution to ensure that the combustion of various fuels can be effectively organized without major modification of the boiler. When the liquid slagging pulverized coal stove long-term burning heavy oil, the slag layer and the lining on the cooling water wall of the welding pin will be destroyed, thereby causing the heat absorption of the radiant heating surface to increase sharply so as to reach the dangerous level. Therefore, long-term burning of heavy oil requirements of the furnace modification, in order to reduce the radiant heating surface pulverized coal.
