为了推广和发展祖国的传统文化,为了进一步提高学生体质,我国高校较早地增设了武术课程。但在长期的教学过程中发现,高校学生学习武术很吃力,表现在难以记住套路、动作规格模糊、动作路线不清等,达不到武术动作的具体要求,由此产生大量的错误动作,影响了学生的学习兴趣,导致教学效果不佳。笔者在教学中发现:准确地运用讲示攻防法,即仔细讲解套路中每个动作的技击含义,能够有效地提高学生对武术的学习兴趣,从而提升武术课程的教学质量。
In order to promote and develop the traditional culture of the motherland, in order to further enhance the students’ constitution, our colleges and universities earlier added a martial arts curriculum. However, in the long process of teaching, college students find it hard to learn martial arts, which is hard to remember routines, ambiguous action specifications, ambiguous routes of action, etc., failing to meet the specific requirements of martial arts movements, resulting in a large number of erroneous actions. Affect students’ interest in learning, leading to poor teaching effectiveness. The author found in teaching: Accurate use of the speech offensive and defensive law, that is, carefully explain the tricks of each action in the sense, can effectively improve students’ interest in learning martial arts, so as to enhance the teaching quality of martial arts courses.
