巴西FPSO P67/P70安装项目包含多个模块的吊装集成,为了保证吊装操作时的结构安全性,吊装前需要对所有较大模块进行必要的强度分析。本文介绍了船甲板上各模块的特征及位置,包括模块的重量重心等信息,介绍了分析所参考的DNV规范的要求。分析的详细过程包括模型的建立、吊绳的设置、各系数的确定及具体模拟方法(如重心偏移、DAF、SKL等),最后说明了结果的评估准则,同时简单对比了DNV规范及API规范对吊装要求的差异。
Brazil FPSO P67 / P70 installation project contains a number of modules of the hoisting integration, in order to ensure structural safety during hoisting operation, before hoisting all modules need to be the necessary strength analysis. This article describes the features and locations of each module on the deck of a ship, including information such as the module’s weight center of gravity, and describes the requirements for analyzing the referenced DNV specifications. The detailed process of the analysis includes the establishment of the model, the setting of the sling, the determination of the coefficients and the specific simulation methods (such as center of gravity shift, DAF, SKL, etc.). Finally, the evaluation criteria of the results are described and the DNV specifications and API Specification of the lifting requirements of the difference.
