随着中医药事业向国际化、现代化的不断迈进,中医理论研究和中药质量监控已引起重视,而中药煎煮方法的规范却仍是空白。但历代医家很早就认识到,除“理、法、方、药”外,正确的中药煎煮法也是保证中药临床疗效的关键环节,不容忽视[1]。因此针对目前普遍存在重诊断、治法、方药而轻煎服法的误区,本文将从煎药容器、煎煮时间及次数、煎药火候、煎药溶媒及用量几个方面进行归纳总结,为探讨中药合理的煎服方法奠定基础,从而在保障中药疗效的基础上减少中药材的浪费。
