β-环糊精在双黄连提取工艺中的应用

目的:探讨β-环糊精对双黄连提取过程中绿原酸、连翘酯苷提取的影响。方法:对比金银花、连翘采用水提取或饱和β-环糊精水溶液提取时,绿原酸与连翘酯苷含量的差异。并考察金银花、连翘单煎与合煎对绿原酸、连翘酯苷含量的影响。结果:以β-环糊精饱和水溶液提取,绿原酸及连翘酯苷的含量比水提取显著增加,金银花、连翘合煎比单煎能提高绿原酸和连翘酯苷的含量,用β-环糊精饱和水溶液合煎金银花、连翘时,获得的绿原酸与连翘酯苷含量最高。结论:以β-环糊精饱和水溶液为提取介质,能显著提高绿原酸和连翘酯苷的含量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of β-cyclodextrin on the extraction of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside in the process of Shuanghuanglian extraction. Methods: The differences of content of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside between Flos Lonicerae Forsythia suspensa and Forsythia suspensa extracted by aqueous or saturated β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution were compared. The effects of honeysuckle, forsythia alone and combined decoction on the contents of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside were investigated. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside was significantly higher than that of water extracted by saturated aqueous solution of β-cyclodextrin. The content of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside could be increased by the combination of honeysuckle and Forsythia suspense decoction than the single decoction, With β-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution of honeysuckle, forsythia, obtained chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside content highest. Conclusion: Taking β-cyclodextrin saturated aqueous solution as extraction medium can significantly increase the contents of chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside.
