目前,中国经济增长趋缓,进出口水平逐步降低;互联网的飞速发展对传统贸易型企业的经营发展带来了极大的冲击。传统贸易型企业普遍面临着市场反应速度慢,灵活性差;由于经营周期的存在导致的人力资源的浪费;缺乏有效管理控制体系和措施。在这种情况下,传统贸易型企业需要正确分析当前行业形势,制定科学合理的人力资源政策;针对现有人员情况进行诊断,明确人力资源需求;维持人力资源的稳定性,做好人力资源储备;另外,促进人力资源制度的透明化、规范化,建立公平内部管理制度和健康向上的企业文化。
At present, China’s economic growth is slowing down and the level of import and export is gradually declining. The rapid development of the Internet has brought tremendous impact on the operation and development of traditional trade-oriented enterprises. Traditional trade enterprises are generally faced with slow market response, poor flexibility; waste of human resources due to the existence of business cycles; and lack of effective management and control systems and measures. Under such circumstances, the traditional trade-oriented enterprises need to correctly analyze the current situation of the industry and formulate a scientific and reasonable human resources policy; to diagnose the existing personnel and clarify the demand for human resources; to maintain the stability of human resources and to make good use of human resources reserves In addition, we will promote the transparency and standardization of the human resources system and establish a fair internal management system and a healthy and progressive corporate culture.
