采用彩色多普勒(CD)和脉冲多普勒(PD)观察小肝癌及其对照组的图像特点及彩色血流显像(CDFI)检测。小肝癌40例,46个病灶,经手术和(或)病理证实。对照组46例。病灶最大长径均≤3cm。结果显示:(1)小肝癌病灶均呈球形,短长径比>0.77,且内部或周边或同时可见血流信号,显示率为87.5%,RI>0.5。(2)对照组病灶呈椭圆形或不规则形,短长径比<0.77,且内部及周边无血流信号。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。
Color Doppler (CD) and pulsed Doppler (PD) were used to observe the features of the small hepatocellular carcinoma and its control group and the detection of color flow imaging (CDFI). In 40 cases of small hepatocellular carcinoma, 46 lesions were confirmed by surgery and/or pathology. The control group consisted of 46 patients. The maximum length of the lesions were ≤ 3cm. The results showed that: (1) The small hepatocellular carcinoma lesions were spherical with a short aspect ratio of >0.77, and blood flow signals were seen within or around or at the same time. The display rate was 87.5% and the RI was >0.5. (2) The lesions in the control group were oval or irregular, and the ratio of short to long diameter was <0.77. There were no blood flow signals in the interior and periphery. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).
