目的研究山苦茶对动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis,AS)大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法一次性腹腔注射700 000 U维生素D3和高脂饮食建立AS大鼠模型,连续灌胃给予山苦茶高(0.081 g/kg)、低剂量(0.026 g/kg)9周,处死大鼠,取血液置入EDTA管,1 500 r/min离心10min,测定上清液中TNF-α、CRP和VEGF水平。结果山苦茶提取物高、低剂量均能显著降低AS大鼠血浆中TNF-α、CRP和VEGF水平(P<0.01)。结论山苦茶可以降低AS状态下炎症介质和血管内皮生长因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of mountain bitter tea on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) α, C-reactive protein (CRP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rats with atherosclerosis (AS) Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels. Methods A rat model of AS was established by intraperitoneal injection of 700 000 U vitamin D3 and high-fat diet. The rats were sacrificed by continuous intragastric administration of Shan Kucha high (0.081 g / kg) and low dose (0.026 g / kg) The blood was taken into EDTA tube and centrifuged at 1 500 r / min for 10 min to determine the levels of TNF-α, CRP and VEGF in the supernatant. Results High and low dose of Sophora flavescens extract could significantly decrease the levels of TNF-α, CRP and VEGF in AS rats (P <0.01). Conclusion Mountain bitter tea can reduce the AS state of inflammatory mediators and vascular endothelial growth factor levels.
