2004年9月11日中午13时,我中心接辖区一校医报告,称该院已收治2名疑似菌痢的患者,接报告后我中心立即会同区卫生监督所赶赴该院,迅速开展采样及流调工作。我们发现2名患者均出现低热、腹痛、腹泻、黏液便,WBC升高,粪便中可见脓细胞,巨噬细胞,该院初诊为细菌性痢疾,后经我中心实验室检出侵袭性大肠埃希菌[EIEC152:K(?)],根据临床症状,流行病学调查,实验室检验,确诊为是由EIEC导致的食物中毒。
