在首都儿研所董声焕主任及温州医学院黄达枢主任的提议及支持下,温州双岭医疗器械厂试制出新生儿输液用的小吊瓶。经温州医学院附属医院及上海市儿童医院等单位临床使用满意。过去无专门生产小儿吊瓶单位,主要借用100ml,注射器针筒代用。而新研制的小吊瓶用塑料(666D)制成,带盖,1次性使用。经(?)钴—X射线灭菌并经上海药品检验所测定为无菌、无毒、无热原反应、无不良反应、无溶血反应。一次性吊瓶在国外已普遍使用,在国内较少开展此项工作。它为减少污染,避免交叉感提供了良好条件,其容量为100ml。
With the proposal and support from Director DONG Sheng-huan, director of the Institute for Capital Research and director Huang Dashu of Wenzhou Medical College, Wenzhou Shuangling Medical Instrument Factory piloted the production of a small hanging bottle for neonatal infusion. The Wenzhou Medical College Hospital and Shanghai Children’s Hospital and other units of clinical satisfaction. In the past there was no special unit for the production of children’s hanging bottles, mainly borrowed 100ml syringe syringes substitute. The newly developed small hanging bottle made of plastic (666D), with cover, one-time use. By (?) Cobalt-X-ray sterilization and the Shanghai Drug Testing determined as sterile, non-toxic, pyrogen-free reaction, no adverse reactions, no hemolysis. Disposable bottles have been widely used abroad, less in the country to carry out this work. It provides good conditions for reducing pollution and avoiding cross-over, with a capacity of 100ml.
