国网四川省电力公司成都供电公司以管理提升为目标,按照卓越绩效的相关理念和要求,针对配网抢修工作和管理模式进行进一步深化探索,并建立卓越绩效评价体系作为配网抢修的考核标准。结果表明,卓越绩效评价模式应用之后,配网抢修效率大幅提高,相应管理工作更加规范,同时该模式的推广示范效应也较为显著。
