从新疆紫草转录组分离出27个ERF转录因子家族基因,平均大小为1 010 bp,每个基因平均编码了212个氨基酸。以紫草ERF基因gi261363612为参考,对27Ae ERFS从基因结构、表达量、理化性质、亚细胞定位、信号肽、高级结构和保守域的预测和分析等方面做了研究,并对新疆紫草ERF家族做了系统进化分析,认为最合适的建树方法为最大似然法。结果显示,该家族存在3个保守域,高级结构以无规则卷曲为主,聚为CBF/DREB,ERF 2个亚族。
27 ERF transcription factor family genes were isolated from the transcriptome of Lithospermum, with an average size of 1 010 bp. Each gene encoded an average of 212 amino acids. Based on the gi261363612 of Arboretum, the 27Ae ERFS was studied from the aspects of gene structure, expression, physicochemical properties, subcellular localization, signal peptide, higher structure and conservative region prediction and analysis. The family made a systematic evolutionary analysis, that the most suitable method for establishing the maximum likelihood method. The results showed that there are three conserved domains in this family. The higher structure is dominated by irregular curls, which are clustered into two subfamilies of CBF / DREB and ERF.
