我们于1977~1979年进行抗褐稻虱种质筛选鉴定,现将三年来的工作小结如下。材料和方法 (一)三年来共鉴水稻品种4774份,其中粳稻3126份,籼稻1614份,糯稻34份。材料由本院作物所水稻室和郊县农业局提供,少量由外省市直接提供。 (二)供试虫的饲养:在避虫条件下每盆孕穗期水稻放入50~100对笼养的褐稻虱成虫,强迫其产卵。每隔2天调换一批水稻。把有大量虫卵的水稻移至避虫水泥池内,待其孵化,作为鉴定虫源。用大型纱笼群体饲养褐稻虱,一次可提供鉴定700份材料虫源。
We conducted in 1977 ~ 1979 against brown planthopper germplasm screening identification, now the work of three years are summarized below. Materials and methods (I) In the past three years, 4774 rice varieties were reconstructed, of which 3126 were japonica rice, 1614 were indica rice and 34 were glutinous rice. Materials provided by the Institute of Crops Rice Room and County Bureau of Agriculture, a small amount provided directly by the provinces and cities. (B) for the feeding of insects: Insect-killing conditions in each pot of rice booting into 50 to 100 pairs of brown planthopper adult, forced to spawn. Exchange a batch of rice every 2 days. The large number of eggs in the rice moved to insecticide cement pool, to be hatching, as identification insect source. Large-scale silage populations feeding brown planthopper, one can provide identification of 700 materials source.
