从教24年来,一直在思考如何让自己的课堂更生动、更有活力。最近两年全国都在打造高效课堂,我的心再次动了起来。我在想:我的高效课堂应该是什么样的呢?我要依据我们的学情,在符合学生的基础上再去思考高效课堂,那才是有效的。我所在的学校是一所县级普通高中,学生大多是在每年中考后被重点学校选拔完后,来到我们学校的一批孩子,他们的分数都在520分以下,并且学习习惯都不太理想。那么我应该如何在他们身上打造我的高效课堂呢?
Since teaching for 24 years, I have been thinking about how to make my class more vivid and energetic. In the past two years, the whole country is building an efficient classroom, and my heart is moving again. I was thinking: what should I do with efficient classrooms? I would like to base my knowledge on the learning of efficient classrooms on a student-friendly basis. My school is a county-level general high school, most of the students after the mid-year exam after being selected by the key schools, came to our school a group of children, their scores are below 520, and the study habits are not too ideal. So how do I create my efficient classroom in them?
