原SS_3电力机车司机室侧窗部分,由一个固定的三角窗和一个活动推窗组成(见图1)。活动侧窗安装在由型材和压型钢梁组焊成的框架结构表面上。为了保证活动推窗的安装质量,在1400×1000mm范围内,要求表面平整;同时要求侧窗安装底梁焊后表面平直。实际上,由于司机室钢骨架系复杂的空间结构,在骨架焊装后,常因焊后收缩引起一定变形,焊装的侧窗底梁经检查,挠曲不平甚至大到6mm。而该安装面在司机室内侧无法进行机加工,采用砂轮机磨削花费工时多。原SS_3活动侧窗结构复杂(图2),由近四十种、上百个零部件组装构成,设计图纸近
The original SS_3 electric locomotive cab side window section, consists of a fixed triangular window and a movable push window (see Figure 1). The movable side window is mounted on the surface of the frame structure welded by profile and profiled beam.
