胃溃疡(GU)属于消化性溃疡病,是一种常见的慢性疾病,一般来说胃酸和胃蛋白酶过高是形成溃疡的主要原因之一,同时遗传因素,饮食习惯,感染病菌等也均可形成胃溃疡病。本文对我院2001年到2010年十年间所患胃溃疡患者共1480例患者来进行分析,同时探讨患者经检查的内镜特点以及临床特征,并且提出适当的建议,以方便今后临床医师在诊治中参考。
