官颈癌是严重危害妇女健康的常见病,对于官颈癌的发病原因,国内外学者均进行了大量研究。目前主要认为宫颈癌是由非单一的、多种致病因素引起的。国内有报道认为性因素、宫颈糜烂、包皮垢是与官颈癌有关的三大危险因素。Harris和Carlo的研究也肯定了过早性交、多个性伴侣及性传播疾病等与宫颈赘生物有关。为了对宫颈癌的发病危险因素进一步探讨,以明确病因并为预防措施提供依据。我们于1988年12月到1989年1月在广州地区进行了一次病例—对照配比研究,现将结果报告如下: Cervical cancer is a common disease that seriously endangers women’s health. For the cause of cervical cancer, many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a large number of studies. At present, mainly that cervical cancer is caused by non-single, a variety of risk factors. Domestic reports that sex, cervical erosion, smegma and neck cancer are the three major risk factors. Harris and Carlo’s study also confirmed the premature sexual intercourse, multiple sexual partners and sexually transmitted diseases and cervical neoplasms related. In order to further explore the risk factors of cervical cancer in order to clarify the cause and provide a basis for preventive measures. We conducted a case-control study in Guangzhou from December 1988 to January 1989 and the results are reported as follows:
