随着社会的快速发展,人才成为行业间竞争的关键所在。在社会各项改革不断深入的新形势下,部分单位在转型过程中导致人才具有较大的流动性,这就导致当前人事档案管理过程中存在严重的弃档案现象,影响人事档案的正常使用。在这种情况下,需要加快人事档案的改革力度,努力提高公民档案意识,促使人们重视对人事制度和人事关系进行审视,从而提高人们对人事档案的重视度。
