目的 :探讨经支气管动脉灌注诺维本加顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效、安全性和并发症的防治。方法 :全组46例 ,男性38例 ,女性8例 ;年龄24～72岁。病理类型 :鳞癌23例 ,腺癌20例 ,腺鳞癌3例。Ⅲa期6例 ,Ⅲb期28例 ,Ⅳ期12例。结果 :完全缓解4例 ,部分缓解30例 ,稳定8例 ,进展4例 ;总有效率76.1%。并发症共21例(45.7% ) ,其中肋间动脉炎18例 (39.1 % ) ,食管损伤4例 (8.7 % ) ,除食管支气管瘘1例死于大咯血外 ,所有并发症均治愈。结论 :经支气管动脉灌注诺维本加顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌安全、有效率高 ;并发症多可防治。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy, safety and complication prevention and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with bronchial artery infusion of Novubine and Cisplatin. Methods: The whole group of 46 patients, 38 males and 8 females; aged 24 to 72 years. Pathological types: squamous cell carcinoma in 23 cases, adenocarcinoma in 20 cases, adenosquamous carcinoma in 3 cases. 6 cases of stage IIIa, 28 cases of stage IIIb, 12 cases of stage IV. Results: Complete remission in 4 cases, partial remission in 30 cases, stable in 8 cases, 4 cases of progress; the total effective rate was 76.1%. There were 21 cases (45.7%) with complications, including 18 cases of intercostal arteritis (39.1%) and 4 cases of esophageal injury (8.7%). All the complications were cured except 1 case of esophageal bronchial fistula died of massive hemoptysis. Conclusion: The non-small cell lung cancer is safe and effective with non-benign and cisplatin infusion through bronchial artery. The complications can be prevented and treated.
