目的 :探讨多原发恶性肿瘤(MPMNs)的流行病学和临床特点。方法 :回顾性分析我院1958～1997年收治的2011例MPMNs的构成比、发病年龄、性别比、间隔时间、好发部位。结果 :MPMNs所占构成比为2.0%;平均发病年龄为50.7岁;高发年龄为50～59岁 ,占31.1%。性别比(男:女)为1:1.3。结论 :恶性肿瘤病例中 ,MPMNs的发生频度似有随时间推移而增多的倾向。MPMNs的发病年龄在逐渐增大。MPMNs例数女性多于男性 ,但男性例数增加较快 ,使男女性例数逐渐接近。MPMNs的第一和第二原发癌间隔时间随时间推移在延长 ,但第一和二 ,二和三 ,三和四 ,四和五原发癌的时间间隔则逐渐缩短。MPMNs的好发器官为同一器官 ,成对器官和同系统的器官。
Objective: To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of multiple primary malignant neoplasms (MPMNs). Methods: A retrospective analysis was made of the proportion of 2011 MPMNs treated in our hospital from 1958 to 1997, the age at onset, sex ratio, interval, and predilection sites. Results: The composition ratio of MPMNs was 2.0%; the average age of onset was 50.7 years; the age of high onset was 50-59 years old, accounting for 31.1%. The sex ratio (male: female) was 1:1.3. Conclusion: The frequency of occurrence of MPMNs in malignancy cases tends to increase over time. The age of onset of MPMNs is gradually increasing. The number of cases of MPMNs is more than that of men, but the number of male cases has increased rapidly. As a result, the number of male and female cases has gradually approached. The time interval between the first and second primary cancers of MPMNs was prolonged with time, but the time interval between the first and second, second and third, third and fourth, fourth and fifth primary cancers was gradually shortened. The organs of MPMNs that are well-prepared are the same organ, paired organs, and organs of the same system.
