1992年11月16日至18日在江苏省无锡市召开了热能与热工学会第十三次理事会议,到会理事18人。这次会议的主要任务是:1.审查了本专业学会第七届年会的学术论文;2.讨论了第七届年会的准备工作;3.讨论了学会的改革和组织建设等问题。会前共收到学术论文156篇,经理事会认真讨论,决定录用的宣读论文125篇,书面交流论文11篇。由于论文内容与本专业无关或其它原因而未被录用的论文20篇。理事们一致认为,保证论文质量是提高学术活动质量的前提,因此在审稿过程中,有的论文经过多次讨论,严格把关,作到宁缺勿滥。理事们对论文的青年作者和在厂矿工作的作者给予了足够的重视。
From November 16 to November 18, 1992, the thirteenth council meeting of the Institute of Thermal Energy and Thermal Engineering was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, and 18 directors attended the meeting. The main tasks of this conference are: 1. Having reviewed the academic papers of the 7th Annual Conference of this professional society; 2. Discussing the preparations for the 7th Annual Conference; 3. Discussing the issues such as the reform and organizational construction of the Institute. A total of 156 academic papers have been received before the meeting. After careful discussion by the Council, 125 papers have been accepted and 11 papers have been exchanged in written form. 20 papers that have not been accepted due to disagreement or other reasons. The board members agreed that ensuring the quality of the essay is the prerequisite for improving the quality of academic activities. Therefore, during the reviewing process, some essays have been subject to repeated discussions and rigorous checks so as not to abuse them. The directors paid sufficient attention to the thesis’s young authors and authors working in factories and mines.
