采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,通过合理选用材料本构、单元类型、网格划分和边界条件,建立了考虑核心混凝土均匀脱空的方钢管混凝土短柱的有限元分析模型,并采用试验结果进行验证。利用通过验证的有限元模型对带脱空缺陷的方钢管混凝土短柱的轴压性能进行研究,分析带脱空方钢管混凝土短柱的破坏形态、荷载-变形关系、钢管与混凝土的内力分配和界面接触应力,研究脱空对其受力性能的影响。结果表明:当混凝土脱空率小于0.1%时,方钢管混凝土轴压构件的承载力降低值小于5%,脱空的影响较小;当脱空率超过0.4%时,钢管与核心混凝土在构件达到轴压承载力前的相互作用基本不存在,两者分别受力、各自破坏。
