盐城电视塔在标高114.450m高空4个方向设置悬挑13.40 m观光层,观光层通过空中环行走道连接。结构施工中利用标高114.450m“钢结构+空中环行走道+预应力临时拉索”形成的结构体系作为上部结构施工操作平台;通过有限元数值分析,提出施工过程控制的主要参数及其控制准则,根据力学模型对施工过程进行模拟计算,评价施工过程中结构的受力形态以及安全性。
