烧结砖再生骨料混凝土力学性能受到的影响因素较多,通过混凝土抗压强度试验与劈裂抗拉强度试验,研究了水灰比、砂率、再生骨料掺量、再生骨料的强度处理方式4种因素对混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明:再生骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度随着水灰比的增大而降低,水灰比取0.75到0.80较为合适;在一定范围内,再生骨料混凝土抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度随着砂率增大而降低,砂率取35%~40%为宜;对再生骨料混凝土强度要求较高时,利用烧结砖再生骨料替代天然骨料的比例应控制在30%以内;对烧结砖再生骨料用水泥浆进行包裹处理可有效提高骨料的性能。
