Ferritin is the most sensitive indicator of iron deficiency anemia [1]. It is also a common tumor marker. In this paper, 147 cases of serum ferritin concentrations were simultaneously determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and time-resolved immunofluorescence assay (TRIFMA), and their respective advantages were compared as follows.
