目的:考察室温下甘草酸二铵注射液与中性胰岛素注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定25℃下,甘草酸二铵注射液与中性胰岛素注射液分别在5%、10%葡萄糖注射液中24h内的含量变化,同时考察2组混合液的pH值和外观变化。结果:甘草酸二铵注射液与中性胰岛素注射液在2种溶媒中配伍后,24h内二者含量无明显变化,混合液pH值和外观亦无明显变化,性质稳定。结论:甘草酸二铵注射液与中性胰岛素注射液在5%、10%葡萄糖注射液中可配伍应用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of compatibility of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection and neutral insulin injection in 5% glucose injection and 10% glucose injection at room temperature. Methods: The contents of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection and neutral insulin injection in 5% and 10% glucose injection solution at 25 ℃ were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Value and appearance changes. Results: There was no significant change in the contents of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection and neutral insulin injection in the two media within 24 hours. The pH value and appearance of the mixture did not change significantly, and the quality was stable. Conclusion: Glycyrrhizic acid injection and neutral insulin injection in 5%, 10% glucose injection compatibility.
