垂水英司(Eiji TARUMI):毕业于日本京都大学,国家注册一级建筑师。现任日本兵库县(包括神户市在内的29个市,8个郡12个乡镇)建筑师会(HYOGO ASSOCIATION OF ARCHI TECTS & BUILDING ENGINEERS)会长。历任神户市住宅局局长,神户市住宅供给公社副理事长,神户街区改造中心顾问,台湾社区总体营造研究会代表。长期在神户市政府部门主管住宅、城市规划与环境整治工作。阪神大地震后,临危受命担任市住宅局局长,主持神户市全部的灾区和街区的住宅重建工作。邓奕:13年前的阪神淡路大地震发生时,您作为当时的神户市住宅局长,直面了灾后的住宅复兴。能否谈谈阪神淡路大地震后住宅与市区复兴的特点是什么?
Eiji Taraki: Graduated from Kyoto University, Japan, a nationally registered first class architect. He is currently president of HYOGO ASSOCIATION OF ARCHI TECTS & BUILDING ENGINEERS in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan (29 cities including Kobe, 12 towns in 8 prefectures). Served as Kobe City Housing Bureau, vice chairman of Kobe housing supply commune, Kobe neighborhood reconstruction center consultant, Taiwan community to create a research association. Long-term in Kobe city government department in charge of residential, urban planning and environmental remediation work. After the Great Hanshin Earthquake, he was appointed as Director of City Housing Bureau and presided over the reconstruction of houses in all the disaster areas and neighborhoods in Kobe City. Deng Yi: When the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake happened 13 years ago, you were the head of housing in Kobe at the time, facing the residential revival after the disaster. Can you talk about the characteristics of the residential and urban renewal after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake?
