In the copper anode mud treatment process of copper removal is an indispensable process, many plants use more sulfated roasting - leaching method. Though it is already well-known that copper sulfate is used for copper removal, it is generally considered that the consumption of reagents is high and the cost is high, so it is not widely used in production practice. In order to improve the economic effect of this method, we studied the electrolytic treatment method of the high-iron-iron decalcification sulfuric acid solution, when Fe ~ (+2) is oxidized to Fe ~ (+3) at the anode while the electro-copper is obtained at the cathode, The solution can be returned to leach the original anode mud.
