本文用离体犬隐静脉标本观察了钩藤碱(Rhy)对可乐定(Clo)及去氧肾上腺素(Phe)所致犬隐静脉收缩的影响。Rhy1—100μmol/L使Clo的量-效曲线右移,最大反应降低。此作用不同于育亨宾(Yoh),Yoh0.1和1μmo/L使Clo的量-效曲线右移,但最大反应不变。Phy1—100μmol/L也使Phe的量-效曲线右移,最大反应降低。结果说明,Phy与Yoh不同,对α_2和α_1肾上腺素受体介导的效应都有桔抗作用,此拮抗作用为非竞争性。
In this paper, isolated canine saphenous vein specimens were used to observe the effects of rhy on canine saphenous vein contraction induced by clonidine (Clo) and phenylephrine (Phe). Rhy1-100 μmol/L shifts the volume-efficiency curve of Clo to the right and decreases the maximum response. This effect is different from that of Yoh, Yoo 0.1 and 1 μmo/L shifts the volume-effect curve of Clo right, but the maximal response is unchanged. Phy1-100 μmol/L also shifted the volume-effect curve of Phe to the right and decreased the maximum response. The results showed that Phy, unlike Yoh, has anti-alpha- and alpha- 1 adrenergic receptor-mediated effects, and this antagonistic effect is non-competitive.
