经过无产阶级文化大革命,电影机、照相机、仪器仪表、轻工机械等行业,由于生产发展很快,迫切需要采用小型组合机床及其自动线来加工其中某些零件。我们过去所设计的小型组合机床通用部件,大部分是针对加工汽车、拖拉机行业的中小钢件所设计的,规格尺寸都比较大。而电影机等行业的零件大部分是铝合金的,螺纹孔大部分在M4以下,孔径在φ6毫米以下。在这种情况下,如果仍采用过去设计的小型通用部件来配置小型组合机床或自动线,显然不甚合适。为了适应这一情况,迫切需要有一些规格更小的动力部件。PU158小型箱体移动式机械钻孔动力头就是我所为加工8.75毫米电影放映机的零件而设计的。动力头的外观见图1。
After proletarian cultural revolution, movie machines, cameras, instrumentation, light industry machinery and other industries, due to the rapid development of production, it is urgent to process some of these parts using small-sized combination machine tools and their automatic lines. We used to design small assembly machine common parts, most of the processing of automotive, tractor industry, the design of small and medium steel, the size specifications are relatively large. The film machine and other parts of the industry are mostly aluminum alloy, most of the threaded holes M4 below the aperture of φ6 mm below. In this case, it is obviously not appropriate to use a small universal part designed in the past to configure a small-sized combination machine tool or automatic line. In order to adapt to this situation, there is an urgent need for some smaller power components. The PU158 Small Box Mobile Drilling Power Head was designed to process the parts of a 8.75mm cinema projector. Power head appearance shown in Figure 1.
